What Youll Do:

  • Drive the 8 Service Programs and key patient-experience initiatives in coordination with all clinical and support departments.
  • Build a culture of empathy and service excellence through focused training on communication and patient-centric behaviors.
  • Monitor patient feedback across all touchpoints, analyze trends, and implement RCA/CAPA for service improvement.
  • Lead patient engagement activities, ensure compliance with NABH standards, and maintain documentation on patient rights and grievance redressal.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance patient flow, service quality, turnaround times, and overall experience consistency.
  • Strengthen collaboration with nursing, housekeeping, F&B, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure brand standards through consistent service audits, frontline coaching, and cross-departmental alignment.
