We at Verdantas are looking for Unified Endpoint Management Integrations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

Support the operation, integration, and standardization of endpoint, application, and print services, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Execute endpoint onboarding, migration, and configuration alignment activities to transition acquired devices from varied environments into enterprise Unified Endpoint Management standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support endpoint integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, including onboarding and migration of acquired devices into Autopilot and Intune.
• Assist with computer migrations from legacy ADjoined, Entra IDjoined, and hybridjoined environments into standardized enterprise join and management models.
• Install and validate standard enterprise endpoint tools, including:

Remote monitoring and management tools (e.g., ConnectWise)

IT service management agents (e.g., ServiceNow Agent Client Collector)

Approved endpoint monitoring and support utilities

• Deploy and support migration and directory transition agents, such as Quest ODMAD, following documented procedures and under change control.
• Onboard migrated devices into Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, ensuring sensors are active, reporting is validated, and devices meet security baselines.
• Support coexistence scenarios by assisting with the transition from legacy endpoint management tools to Intune.
• Deploy, update, and maintain approved software packages and configurations for newly migrated users and devices.
• Support application migration and standardization efforts related to M&A activities, including validation of application functionality following device migration.
• Assist with printer onboarding, deployment, and basic print service troubleshooting for newly integrated offices or user populations.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, enrollment, application, and configuration issues related to onboarding and migration; escalate complex issues to senior UEM staff as required.
• Perform device readiness checks, remediation actions, and postmigration validation activities to ensure compliance and usability.
• Maintain accurate documentation for endpoint migration procedures, join state transitions, and integration runbooks.

Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Intune fundamentals, app deployment basics, endpoint troubleshooting. Understanding of Windows device join states (AD joined, Entra ID joined, hybrid joined)
• ProblemSolving: Resolves routine endpoint onboarding, migration, and agent deployment issues independently. Follows documented procedures and escalation paths
• Attention to Detail: Follows standards and change controls.
• Teamwork: Collaborates effectively with UEM Leads, IAM, Security, and Service Desk teams
• Communication: Communicates migration status, tooling readiness, and issues clearly during M&A integration efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience supporting endpoint migrations or onboarding across multiple identity or management states preferred
