Professional Qualifications - Graduation/ Post Graduation, Civil Engineer,FIII/MBA in insurance

Experience- 10 to 15 Years in Insurance industry

Job Role :-

• Strong Product Knowledge:
• Comprehensive understanding of Fire, Engineering, and Miscellaneous Lines of Business is essential.
• Business Quote Management:
• Responsible for providing business quotation support across Agency, Bancassurance and Retail Broking channels using strong underwriting expertise
• Team Management
• Ensure smooth coordination within the team, allocate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative, highperformance work environment.
• Intermediary & Sales Coordination:
• Effective communication skills to engage with intermediaries, facilitate onboarding, and support ongoing sales coordination.
• Training & Handholding:
• Provide product guidance, handholding, and structured training sessions to sales teams and other internal stakeholders to enhance product understanding and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Audit Handling:
• Manage requirements related to Regulatory Audits and Internal Audits, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and documentation standards.
• Knowledge about Reinsurance treaties (Added Advantage):
• Should know how a proposal is underwritten in complete sense w.r.t. reinsurance arrangement also i.e, insurers retention, obligatory & surplus or quota share treaties.
• Operational Knowhow (Added Advantage):
• Familiarity with backend operations related to product setup, pricing mechanisms, and policy issuance processes will be beneficial.
• Digital Journey Knowledge (Added Advantage):
• Understanding of digital journeys for general insurance products to support ease of doing business and drive techenabled process improvements.
• Product Filing Awareness (Added Advantage):
• Working knowledge of product filing processes, regulatory requirements, and documentation procedures.
