UKG Pro WFH - Testing Lead - PAN India

Desired Candidate:

• Experience in managing/leading Testing for more than one UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation
• Hands on Experience in managing the end-to-end testing of functional and integrations.
• Experience with SIT, supporting UAT and performance Testing of UKG Pro WFM implementation Experience in testing/validating Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Activities, Business Structure, /Release Management/ HyperFind queries/ Workforce Genies and calendars/ Data Access Control Concepts /Custom Reports

Must Have:

1. Experience with SIT, support with UAT, Parallel Testing and Regression testing

2. Experience with Automation testing.

2. Experience in managing end to end defect management - Develop documentation for systems and processes.

Good-to-Have:

1. UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)

2. Experience in Kronos WFC

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
