Job Description
Experience with more than one UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation(configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer (Large implementation with more than 100K, multiple countries, 1000+stores)
o Hands on Experience with WFD Configuration of Business Structure, Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration
o Experience with following modules in UKG Pro WFM - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities /Business Structure/Release Management/HyperFind queries/ Workforce Genies and calendars/ Data Access Control Concepts /Custom Reports
2. Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed basis.
