Job Overview

We are looking for a UK Recruiter to manage endtoend hiring for clients across the United Kingdom. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various UK-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for UK clients.
• Source candidates through Job portals, etc.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, Manage salary negotiation and coordinate offer processes. client discussions, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.

Requirements

• 15 years of UK recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of UK job portals and sourcing methods.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good understanding of UK job roles, pay structures, compliance, and culture.
• Ability to manage multiple positions efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Admin, or Sales.
• Prior experience working with UK-based agencies or clients.
