Job Description
Position: UK Payroll Executive
Exp: 1- 3 years
work timngs: 11.30AM to 8 or 9PM
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
1: Process payroll including wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.
2: Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
3: Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., PAYE, National Insurance, pensions).
4: Handle employee inquiries regarding payslips, tax codes, and deductions.
5: Assist in audits and provide payroll data when required.
Must have skills:
- 2+ years of UK payroll experience, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws, pensions, and statutory deductions. CIPP certification (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) is desirable.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, Workday).
