As a Trainee Recruiter for the UK & Europe, you will be part of a dynamic recruitment team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries and job functions. This role is designed for individuals looking to start a career in recruitment, with opportunities for growth and progression into a recruitment consultant or other senior roles within the agency.

• IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms).
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and internal databases to find suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach a diverse range of candidates across the UK and Europe.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video interviews.
• Assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
• Prepare candidate shortlists for hiring managers.
• Write and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist senior recruiters in managing client relationships across the UK & Europe.
• Maintain a basic understanding of client needs and company culture.
• Communicate with clients to update them on candidate progress.
