This role is only for candidates with prior HR Tech / IT services sales experience and UK or EU market exposure.

If you have not sold HCM implementation, AMS, or managed services to international customers, this role will not be a fit.


Role Summary

We are hiring a B2B sales professional who can own the full sales cycle for HR Tech (HCM) services in the UK & EU mid-market/enterprise segment from prospecting and discovery to proposals and closure and who can build pipeline through outbound, social selling, and events.

What You Will Sell
  • HCM implementation services
  • AMS / managed services / support
  • Enhancements, upgrades, integrations
Key Requirements (Non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years B2B IT / HR Tech services sales
  • Prior sales into UK and/or EU markets
  • Experience closing implementation or AMS deals
  • Full-cycle sales ownership (not only lead handling)
  • Comfortable with outbound, LinkedIn campaigns, and event-based lead gen
Strong Advantage

Experience selling services around:

Oracle HCM, Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP
