Hiring: UK Collections Motor Finance
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office

B1 Collection Executive (3 openings)
CTC: 7 9 LPA
B3 Team Lead (1 opening)
CTC: 12 14 LPA
Required Experience
UK Collections experience (Motor Finance preferred)
Credit control, arrears calling, or default management
Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Credit Act & GDPR
Experience in forbearance, insolvency, litigation & customer vulnerability handling
Asset & agreement management
Financial adjustments (credit amendments, fee reversals, forbearance)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer arrears within defined risk frameworks
- Assess affordability through Income & Expenditure reviews
- Negotiate sustainable repayment plans
- Handle vulnerable customers with due care and fairness
- Ensure Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) at all stages
- Work closely with internal teams and maintain compliance standards
