We are a US-based startup developing a next-gen social media platform with a global mission. Our small, passionate team is building innovative, secure, and scalable solutions. For this project, we are looking for a frontend Developer to deliver concrete milestones with clear outcomes.

Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag), India

Work Style: Hybrid (Remote + On-site)

Compensation: USD $500 per project

Contract Type: Project-based

About the Role

We are building a design-driven mobile application where UI quality, interaction consistency, and execution accuracy are critical. This role is for a hands-on UI/UX designer with real product experience. We are specifically looking for someone who is fully comfortable with in-person collaboration when requested.

Responsibilities

Design and document UI/UX interactions and transitions

Modify and improve core product features using Figma

Create and maintain a simple design system

(colors, typography, spacing, reusable components)

Design App Store screenshots and visual assets

Design Landing Pages aligned with the product brand

Prepare clean, structured Figma files for developer handoff

Required Experience

Hands-on experience using Figma on real or near-production projects

Experience designing mobile app UI including interactions

Basic experience creating or maintaining design systems

Ability to explain design decisions clearly and logically

Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating accurately

This role is not suitable for complete beginners.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

iOS / Android app design experience

Experience designing App Store assets or marketing pages

Understanding of developer handoff and implementation constraints

On-site Requirement (Very Important)

You must be based in or near Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

You must be able to come to the office when requested

Typically around once per week, depending on project needs

On-site requests are mandatory and cannot be declined

Project Scope

This project includes:

Interaction design and documentation for main app flows

UI improvements for key product features

Setup of a simple, reusable design system

App Store visual design

Landing Page design

Estimated timeline: 35 week

Clear milestones and review cycles will be provided.

A short Free Figma trial task may be required before starting
