UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and style guides
• Translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive interfaces
• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability insights
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory); knowledge of Adobe XD / Sketch is a plus
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms
• Ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience working with product-based or agency environments
• Exposure to FMCG, e-commerce, SaaS, or tech platforms
• Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience
