UI/UX Designer

Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
• Strong understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and methodologies, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive mockups and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory for all UI/UX roles but beneficial for collaboration with developers).

• User Research and Testing: Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve designs.
• Proficiency in creating user personas, customer journey maps, and storyboards.

• Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Experience in a collaborative work environment using Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.

Academic & trades qualifications

UG Any Graduate(B.E./B.Tech preferred)
