Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can translate ambiguous requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role requires strong UX structuring, wireframing skills, and system-level thinking , along with the ability to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

What Youll Do

• Create low, mid, and high-fidelity wireframes for desktop, mobile, and tablet using Figma
• Design user flows, navigation models, and interaction layouts aligned with business and user needs
• Convert abstract or evolving requirements into structured UX solutions
• Conduct UX explorations , layout variations, and quick prototypes to support decision-making
• Maintain consistency across designs using components, grids, spacing rules, and layout systems
• Perform heuristic evaluations, competitor benchmarking, and basic UX research
• Prepare developer-ready documentation , annotations, and handoff specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership

What Makes You a Fit

Academic Background

• Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Technical Expertise

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, collaboration)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and navigation patterns
• Experience in wireframing, UX structuring, and design documentation
• Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design approaches

Extra Skills

• Experience working with design systems
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Ability to clearly explain and justify design decisions
