UI/Visual Designer

Role

We are looking for a passionate, high agency UI/Visual designer; someone who loves designing beautiful visuals and user interface. Being good at graphics and illustrations is a plus. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams who will bring in UX and Engineering know-how to collaborate with you and build exceptional digital experiences.

Skills:

• Excellent eye for details and aesthetics. Inclination for art and design.
• Ability to think creatively. A streak of OCD.
• High empathy. Ability to think from anyones point of view.
• Bachelors degree in any field. Preferably in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• Experience of designing Websites, Interfaces, Graphics.
• A portfolio showcasing creativity and high agency.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision or Photoshop/Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design efforts for the company.
• Collaborate with engineering to create beautifully crafted websites, applications, marketing materials and more.
• Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Present design ideas and solutions confidently to team members and clients.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and UI best practices.
