Role Summary:

We areseekinga creative and detail-orientedUI/UX Designer withexpertisein Prompt and Context Engineering to help shape intuitive user experiences for AI-driven products. This hybrid role combinesdesign thinking, user research, and interaction design withprompt and context engineering for large language models (LLMs) , ensuring that our AI interfaces are not only visually engaging but also contextually intelligent, reliable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for AI-enabled applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to align design with functionality.

Prompt & Context Engineering

• Design, test, andoptimizeprompts for LLM-based workflows, ensuring high-quality and predictable outputs.
• Developcontext frameworks (system messages, grounding strategies, metadata injection, retrieval pipelines) to improve reliability and personalization of AI responses.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to implement and evaluateprompt templates ,fine-tuned context flows , andAI-driven UX experiments .
• Maintain documentation and best practices for prompt design, ensuring scalability across products.

Requirements

Education& Experience :

• Bachelorsdegree in Design,or related field.
• 2+ years of experience inUI/UX design and at least 1+ year ofAI/LLM prompt engineering experience preferred.

Skills:

• StrongportfolioshowcasingUI/UX work (web, mobile, or AI interfaces).
• Experience withFigma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or equivalent design tools.
• Familiarity withprompt engineering, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and context-aware AI systems .
• Understanding ofinformation architecture, human-AI interaction, and usability heuristics .
• Bonus: Experience withretrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , embeddings, or conversational AI design.

• Engineer prompts & context Write, test, and refine prompts, context frameworks, and templates that ensure LLMs deliver reliable and high-quality outputs.

• Own the user journey Run rapid user testing, gather feedback, and iterate at startup speed.
• Experiment & innovate Push boundaries on how design + AI can unlock new products, markets, and business models.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for prompt design, ensuring scalability across products.
