Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on UI/UX Designer with 0 to 1 year of experience to support product design initiatives and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in UI/UX design , with additional exposure to WordPress, marketing, and sales creatives being an added advantage. This role requires a user-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

UI / UX Design

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications .
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma .
• Apply UX principles, usability standards, and design systems consistently.
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across all design outputs.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, iterations, and feedback cycles .
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

• Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma .
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
• Solid understanding of UX principles, visual design, typography, and layout systems .
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Added Skills

• Experience in WordPress website development/customization (themes, plugins, page builders).
• Ability to create promotional videos, reels, and basic explainer videos .
• Experience designing sales and marketing creatives (posters, banners, brochures, social media assets).
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS .
• Experience collaborating with sales or marketing teams .

Portfolio Requirement
