Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our faculty team. As a Faculty member at Dice, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of designers by imparting your expertise and knowledge to our students. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-relevant instruction in UI/UX design, inspiring students, and helping them develop the skills they need to excel in their careers.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons on UI/UX design principles, tools, and techniques.

- Mentor and guide students in their design projects, providing constructive feedback and fostering their creative growth.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design and integrate them into the curriculum.

- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and improve the design program's content and structure.

- Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enrich students' learning experiences.

- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and other institutional activities.

- Contribute to the overall academic and creative environment of the institution.

Requirements:

- Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and expertise.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

- A genuine passion for teaching and a desire to nurture the next generation of designers.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex design concepts to students.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and best practices.

- Prior teaching or mentoring experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
