Roles & Responsibilities

Structured Design Execution

• Design clean, scalable, high-quality user interfaces.
• Maintain consistency across modules and features.
• Translate product requirements into structured layouts and reusable components.
• Demonstrate strong typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance.
• Ensure final outputs reflect clarity, usability, and refinement.

Research-First Approach

• Conduct structured research before major design decisions.
• Analyse competitor SaaS/LMS platforms.
• Study usability standards and industry best practices.
• Identify friction points in workflows and suggest improvements.
• Document insights and clearly apply them to your designs.

Workflow & System Thinking

• Break down workflows before designing.
• Map user journeys clearly.
• Align UI flows with backend logic.
• Ensure user tasks are efficient and easy to complete.

AI Usage & Communication

• Use AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency.
• Write structured prompts that reflect clear design thinking.
• Use AI to support your thinking not replace it.

Collaboration & Ownership

• Coordinate closely with frontend and backend teams.
• Present designs confidently and obtain client approvals.
• Support implementation to maintain design integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of UI/UX experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
• Experience designing structured platforms (LMS / CRM / ERP / SaaS preferred).
• Portfolio demonstrating research-based product design decisions.
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred).

SaaS or LMS experience is highly preferred.

However, exceptional portfolios with strong system thinking are welcome.
