Transnational AI Private Limited is a leading technology solutions provider delivering comprehensive software solutions across industries. We are passionate about user-centered design and are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance our CRM and ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UI/UX design for complex CRM and ERP systems using React.js.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and promote a collaborative design culture.
- Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging UX practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, especially with enterprise software (CRM/ERP).
- Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- UX research, user personas, and journey mapping.
- Accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Animation and interaction design.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
