UI/UX Designer

Transnational AI Private Limited is a leading technology solutions provider delivering comprehensive software solutions across industries. We are passionate about user-centered design and are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance our CRM and ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX design for complex CRM and ERP systems using React.js.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and promote a collaborative design culture.
• Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging UX practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, especially with enterprise software (CRM/ERP).
• Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• UX research, user personas, and journey mapping.
• Accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Animation and interaction design.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
