Overview

Looking for a UI/UX Designer position - Figma/Adobe XD for web applications. As a UI/UX designer proficient in Figma/Adobe XD, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in creating user-centered designs for digital products. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for solving complex design challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements from the users, clients, and customers.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers.

Illustrate design ideas.

Develop low and high-fidelity UI mock-ups and prototypes.

Presenting mock-up drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues.

Knowledge of design principles like typography and colors.

Knowledge of design & wireframing tools and software like Figma, Sketch, and XD.

Good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Knowledge of design systems.

Knowledge of prototyping tools would be a plus.

Knowledge of aftereffects and Illustrator would be a plus.

Requirement & Skills

Bachelor's degree (B. Tech, BCA, BBA, B. Sc in any specialization)

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
