Role Overview :

We are seeking a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer with 24 years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process from concept, wireframing, prototyping to final UI delivery
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver business-driven design solutions
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, engaging user experiences
• Design clean, modern, and pixel-perfect UI for web and mobile platforms
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable pattern libraries for consistency
• Ensure responsive and scalable designs across devices and screen sizes
• Work with developers to ensure accurate design-to-code implementation
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming, and feedback sessions
• Improve product usability through user feedback, testing, and data-driven iterations
• Manage design timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment

Required Skills & Background :

• 24 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Proficient in Figma (Adobe XD / Sketch is a plus)
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Experience with design systems and component librarie s
• Ability to collaborate with developers and product teams
• Good communication skills and ownership mindset
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work is mandatory
