UI/UX Designer (SaaS & Product Focus)

Location: Full-Time Remote

Compensation: 6L 8L per annum

Experience: 1+ Year (SaaS background preferred)

At Apexso, we don't just build interfaces; we build the technical execution layer for complex energy and infrastructure platforms. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands that great design is a balance of high-fidelity aesthetics and rigorous product logic.

You will be responsible for translating complex data environments (like real-time energy monitoring and SaaS dashboards) into intuitive, high-performance user experiences.

• SaaS Product Design: Own the end-to-end design process for our internal and client-facing SaaS products.
• User Workflows: Map out complex user journeys, ensuring that high-load data becomes easy to navigate.
• Prototyping: Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that bridge the gap between strategy and engineering.
• Collaboration: Work directly with our engineering team to ensure design integrity during implementation.

• 1+ Year of Experience: You have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve real product problems.
• SaaS Mindset: You understand the nuances of dashboard design, data visualization, and multi-tenant platforms.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with a global team.
• Tooling: Proficiency in Figma is a must. Familiarity with design systems and hand-off processes is highly valued.
