Its a tech-driven real estate company focused on transforming how people buy and sell resale homes and much more.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Work directly with CTO and other founders to redefine the online home exploring experience.

Design internal tools to drive SOPs, Analytics, Decision Making and coordination among multiple business teams, operation teams and channel partners

Design the state of art real estate intelligence tool

WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

2+ years of experience building user interfaces for end customers and/or internal employees

Proficiency in sketch / figma and has designed both web and mweb/app UIs

Strong interpersonal skills and who can work directly with engineers, and other business leaders Balanced mindset when it comes to functional and aesthetically pleasing designs

Ability to design experiences which are at least 2 steps higher than what exists
