UI/UX Designer (4+ Years Experience)

Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience who can independently handle multiple apps and design tracks simultaneously.

This role demands speed, structure, and scalability. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing more than one product ecosystem which means fast turnarounds, strong prioritization, and zero chaos in files.

If you need weeks for iterations, this is not the role. If you can ship high-quality flows quickly without breaking systems were interested.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user journeys across multiple mobile and web applications
Handle parallel design pipelines with quick turnaround timelines
Create wireframes, flows, IA structures, and high-fidelity prototypes
Build scalable and reusable design systems across apps
Design conversion-focused user experiences
Create interactive prototypes for product validation
Work closely with product, growth, and tech teams for rapid implementation
Deliver dev-ready files with structured components and clean documentation
Continuously improve UX based on user data and performance insights

Required Tools & Technical SkillsCore Design

Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems)
Framer AI
Stitch
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator

UX Capability

Wireframing
User journey mapping
Interaction design
Information architecture
Mobile-first design thinking

Motion & Visual

Ability to create GIFs
Create Lottie files
Micro-interactions & motion design
Basic animation understanding

AI Proficiency (Mandatory)

Strong working knowledge of AI tools for UI generation and rapid prototyping
Ability to use AI for faster iterations and creative exploration
Comfort experimenting with emerging AI-based design workflows

Experience Requirement

Minimum 4+ years of UI/UX experience
Proven experience managing multiple product design tracks at the same time
Experience designing for high-growth or fast-moving environments
