About the Role

Were hiring a UI/UX Designer who can design beautiful, usable products across mobile (iOS/Android) and web . Youll work closely with product and engineering to turn ideas into clear user flows, strong visual systems, and production-ready designs.

What Youll Work On

• End-to-end design for a mobile app and a web app
• UX flows, wireframes, UI design, and design systems
• High-quality prototypes that help the team ship faster

Key Responsibilities

• Design mobile + web user experiences from concept to final UI
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes
• Build and maintain a design system (components, tokens, typography, spacing)
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Create design assets and export specs for development
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, variations, copy suggestions, and asset generation (without sacrificing UX quality)
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and product priorities

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 24 years of experience in UI/UX / Product Design
• Strong portfolio showing mobile + web work (real products preferred)
• Extremely proficient in Figma (auto-layout, variants, components, design systems, prototyping)
• Comfortable with Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects or equivalentbased on your strengths)
• Experience using AI design tools (examples: Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Galileo, Uizard, Framer AI, etc.) to enhance speed and output
• Strong fundamentals: layout, typography, visual hierarchy, interaction design, usability
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly and collaborate in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for consumer apps (fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS, etc.)
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices
• Experience working with developers and handing off using Figma Dev Mode / spec docs
• Basic motion design skills (micro-interactions, simple animations)
