UI/UX Designer (Immediate Joiner | In-House)

We are looking for a talented and aesthetic-driven UI/UX Designer to join our in-house team at Throttll. You will be responsible for creating beautiful, functional, and user-centric designs across our digital platforms. From conceptualizing complex user flows to polishing high-fidelity interfaces, you will play a critical role in defining the visual language and user experience of our products.

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand customer needs and behaviors.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Visual Design: Design high-fidelity UI assets for web and mobile interfaces that are visually stunning and aligned with the Throttll brand.
• System Design: Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including UI kits, typography, and color palettes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and web developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
• Iteration: Use data and heatmaps to identify "friction points" in current designs and constantly iterate to improve conversion rates.

• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Figma (primary), Adobe XD, or Sketch. Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, a solid understanding of typography, and successful UX case studies.
• UX Thinking: Deep understanding of user psychology, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Platform Knowledge: Experience designing for responsive web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and receive constructive feedback.

• Someone who doesn't just make things "look pretty" but understands the "why" behind every button and layout.
• A designer who stays updated with the latest UI trends (e.g., Glassmorphism, Neumorphism, Minimalist aesthetics).
• A proactive learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, "startup-style" environment.
