About the Role
We are hiring a strategic and creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
You will be responsible for translating business objectives into elegant design systems and seamless user journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries
- Ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product and development teams
- Optimize user journeys based on analytics and feedback
- Maintain strong brand alignment across interfaces
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies is a plus
