UI/UX Designer (Founder-Led Creative Studio)

NITS is a founder-led creative-tech studio building premium digital experiences for modern brands.Our work blends strong UI/UX, storytelling, and high-end visuals across ecommerce, brand websites, and digital products.

We dont do template work.Every project is crafted with intent, taste, and precision.

Youll work directly with Nilesh Thorath award-winning designer and creative director on high-impact projects for ambitious brands.

Role Overview

Were looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can translate creative direction into polished, production-ready designs.

This is an execution-focused role for designers who care deeply about craft, details, and clean visual systems.

What Youll Do

UI/UX Design

• Design high-quality website and ecommerce interfaces
• Convert wireframes and ideas into refined visual layouts
• Create responsive designs (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Build and maintain design systems & UI kits

Execution & Production

• Prepare clean, developer-friendly design files
• Create page variations, landing pages, and flows
• Ensure pixel-perfect spacing, typography, and alignment
• Follow established workflows and file structures

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Creative Director for design direction
• Collaborate with developers for smooth handoffs
• Participate in design reviews and feedback cycles

What Were Looking For

Experience

• 36 years in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio (live projects preferred over concept shots)
• Experience in website and ecommerce design

Skills

• Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, spacing, layout)
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
• Understanding of UX principles and user flows
• Ability to design modern, premium interfaces

Mindset

• Passionate about design craft and polish
• Takes direction well and executes with ownership
• Open to feedback and fast iterations
• Ego-light, quality-heavy

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience with ecommerce brands
• Motion/UI animation sense
• Basic understanding of front-end feasibility
• Experience working in agencies or studios
