Job Description
WorkBuddyHR is an early-stage startup focused on building a next-generation Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Our goal is to create a simple, scalable, and automation-driven platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses manage their HR operations from onboarding and attendance to payroll and performance in one unified system.
We are currently in the initial product development phase, laying the foundation for a modern, cloud-native SaaS solution. As an early team member, youll have the opportunity to shape core architecture, influence product direction, and be part of the journey from idea to launch.
Requirement:
We are looking for a Part-Time UI/UX Designer skilled in Figma to support our product design needs. You will work on designing screens, improving user experience, and creating prototypes for our web application.
