Job Responsibilities :

Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms using Figma, from concept to final handoff.

Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.

Apply strong expertise in interaction design, typography, layout systems, color theory, and accessibility to create consistent and scalable interfaces.

Own and evolve design systems, ensuring visual consistency, component reusability, and efficient collaboration with engineering teams.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver user-centered outcomes.

Conduct and incorporate user research insights, usability testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve product experience and usability.

Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and take complete ownership of design deliverables within defined timelines.

Expert in user-centered design thinking across the product lifecycle and contribute to product strategy and experience vision.

Desired Experience:

Bachelors degree in Design (UI/UX, Graphic Design, Visual Communication) or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in UI/UX design.

Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a deep understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles.

Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp eye for alignment, consistency, and scalable design systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with full ownership of deliverables.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and stakeholders to solve complex UX problems.

Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., image/video generation tools like Midjourney) to accelerate creative exploration and prototyping.

Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset, capable of translating business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
