UI/UX cum Product Designer ( Work from Home)

We are a SaaS startup seeking a creative and driven UI/UX cum Product Designer to strengthen our design team. We are building next-generation customer service automation technology, and our innovative training approach aims to redefine how customer service is delivered globally.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma is required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineering teams.
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to conceptualize fresh and innovative ideas.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in logo creation, corporate branding, web UI design, and mobile app UI design.
• Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve UX-related issues.
• Comfortable discussing and refining ideas with internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of design systems and style guidelines, including typography, color palettes, and imagery standards.
• Skilled in creating UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
