UI/UX/CRO Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX/CRO Specialist who can drive measurable improvements in conversion rates across product pages and acquisition funnels. This role combines design thinking, data analysis, and experimentation to optimize user journeys and maximize revenue impact.

You will work closely with performance marketing, design, and development teams to improve funnel efficiency and user experience across web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize landing pages and lead-generation funnels
• Improve product page conversion rates through UX enhancements
• Analyze user behavior using tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics
• Run structured A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve performance
• Enhance mobile UX and page speed optimization
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team on acquisition funnel strategy
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and actionable briefs for design and development
• Track and report on key conversion metrics and experiment results

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in UI/UX and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Strong understanding of conversion psychology and user behavior
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Optimize (or alternatives), VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, Clarity, GA4, etc.
• Experience in designing landing pages for paid traffic campaigns
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills (Figma preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and test results
• Understanding of mobile-first design and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in D2C or high-growth e-commerce brands
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience working with paid media teams (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
• Familiarity with page speed tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, etc.)
