Your key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate requirements into high-quality UI solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior UI engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in UI development.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Your skills and experience

• 13+ years of experience in UI development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Unit Testing, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and integration with front-end systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
