Job Description
Role : UCCE Engineer
Summary :
Were looking for a seasoned UCCE Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. If you have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences, this opportunity is for you!
Location: Bangalore/Pune
Experience: 510 Years
Notice Period: Immediate 60 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure UCCE components including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, CUSP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows
- Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components
- Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Basic troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows
Good-to-Have Skills:
- High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture
- In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows
