UCaaS, CCaaS , Automation Support Engineer

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer with deep Asterisk expertise to architect multi-channel communication systems for enterprise customers.

**YOU:**

5+ years hands-on Asterisk production experience

Expert dialplan design & SIP/IAX2 configuration

Deep AGI (Asterisk Gateway Interface) knowledge and hands on experience

Debug by reading logs & analyzing configsnot clicking GUIs

Excited about voice + messaging + AI automation workflows

**YOU WILL:**

Design complex Asterisk solutions with international routing

Build Asterisk IVR systems integrated with voicebots (conversational AI)

Integrate WhatsApp Business API for multi-channel automation

Troubleshoot call routing, SIP issues, dialplan logic errors

Train customers & manage technical escalations

**NICE TO HAVE:**

AGI scripting experience

Contact center implementations (Asterisk queues, agents)

Chatbot/voicebot integration with Asterisk

VoIP security & compliance knowledge

**LOCATION:** Gurgaon, India | Hybrid | Flexible Hours + On-Call

**IN 3 MONTHS YOU WILL:**

Deploy complex Asterisk solutions with advanced dialplans

Resolve critical issues others couldn't solve

Build working voicebot POCs with Asterisk AGI

Create reference documentation & train customers
