UAV Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Work on integration and testing of UAV electrical and electronics system as per schematic.
• Integrate, check and correct of UAV Air frame and Electrical Parts of the UAV System.
• Work on test plan, flight test of UAV documenting updating, and preparation of user manual of UAV.
• Integrate sensors, GPS modules, communication systems, and flight controllers for real-time UAV data processing.
• Prepare flight test reports.
• Analyze logs and preparation of the log reports.
• Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and validation of UAV performance, stability, and reliability.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and maintenance manuals.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, ECE, Mechanical, Robotics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of UAV architecture including flight controllers, propulsion systems, avionics, and payload integration.
• Proficiency in C/C++ or Python with experience in embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, Pixhawk).
• Knowledge of flight dynamics, PID control systems, and autopilot platforms like PX4 or ArduPilot.
• Familiarity with UAV regulations (DGCA India), system testing, troubleshooting, and safety protocols
