Job Title: UAV System Engineer

Experience: 13 Years

Location: Mumbai, India

Work Mode: 6 Days, Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate systems and subsystems for multirotor, fixed-wing, and hybrid/VTOL UAVs.
• Collaborate with product development teams to drive design optimization.
• Conduct flight tests as per test plans and document observations.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyze flight data and extract actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and control processes.

What Were Looking For

• Strong understanding of UAV technology and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power system.
• Hands-on experience with autopilot platforms (e.g., ArduPilot, PX4), and micro controllers (Arduino, ESP 32).
• Extensive experience in flight controllers calibration and firmware upgrades
• Hands on experience of integrating sensors
• Experience in PCB Designing and firmware programming shall be added advantage
• Hands on experience with Mission Planner, QGC, and MAVLink.
• Effective communicator with solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Bonus If You Have

• Proven track record in similar roles or complex UAV projects.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and programming (C/C++/Python).
• Experience in UAV assembly, autopilot tuning, and payload integration.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
