Job Description
Objectives of this role
- Test web applications to ensure they meet quality standards for clients.
- Identify defects & bugs and work with developers to resolve them.
- Create test cases and test scripts based on user stories and requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time.
- Perform regression testing
Required skills and qualifications
- A graduate degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of proven experience as a manual tester.
- Experience with bug-tracking systems such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React Native.
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Having a Java certification is preferred.
- Banking domain experience
- Automation experience, execution, and scripting
- Exposure to CI\CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins etc.
