JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

1. UAT Planning & Preparation

• Review BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Understand Arabic-specific UI/UX flows and content.

2. Test Execution

• Execute UAT test cases in both Arabic and English.
• Validate application behavior, functional flows, and business rules.
• Identify translation issues, alignment errors, and UX problems in Arabic language screens.
• Perform regression testing after fixes.

3. Defect Management

• Log defects with detailed steps, screenshots, and severity.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to track issue resolution.
• Re-test and provide sign-off after defect fixes.

4. Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly UAT status reports.
• Communicate test progress, blockers, and risks.
• Provide UAT sign-off and ensure readiness for production release.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Language Skills

• Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) mandatory.
• Ability to validate UI content, translations, and contextual meaning in Arabic.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Experience in UAT testing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with test case creation, execution, and documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar.
• Ability to perform basic API or backend validation (optional).
