About the Role

We're seeking an execution focused, detail-oriented resource to join our UAE client's in house tax team. Youll support high quality, timely tax deliverables, working hands-on with data, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who can execute fast, maintain accuracy, and collaborate effectively.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Support direct tax deliverables for the region, including workpapers, reconciliations, data packs, and filing support
• Assist with UAE Corporate Tax computations, return preparations, and compliance calendars (where applicable)
• Contribute to Transfer Pricing documentation (data gathering, benchmarking support, Local File/Master File inputs, intercompany workflows)

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience in direct tax/TP/compliance or similar execution-heavy roles (in-house or consulting)
• UAE tax (CT/TP) exposure is highly preferred
• Strong Excel (lookups, pivots), comfort with large datasets; PowerPoint for concise decks/updates
• Meticulous attention to detail; ability to work to tight timelines with minimal rework
• Clear, concise written communication and stakeholder coordination
• Bonus: Experience with OECD TP frameworks, Big 4/large consulting background, or regional GCC exposure
