Tuition and Placement Center Manager

We are looking for a highly responsible, disciplined, and student-focused Coordinator to manage our Japanese language learning & overseas employment program at universities in Meerut.

You will become the key person who guides students toward a life-changing career in Japan.

Position: Student Success Coordinator

Location: Meerut

Type: Full-time

Languages: Hindi, English

Experience: 15 years or more

Preferred: Education sector experience

You will be responsible for guiding students through:

• Guide students in Japanese language learning using our Japanese Learning App at the facility.
• Monitor daily/weekly study progress, attendance, and discipline
• Motivate and support students through regular follow-ups and communication
• Manage classroom schedules, PC room sessions, and learning operations
• Assist with basic technical support and coordinate quizzes/mock tests
• Act as a liaison between students, university staff, and the Erish Japan team
• Maintain basic performance records and provide weekly reports
• Identify at-risk students and offer timely academic or personal support
• Prepare students for the Japanese career pathway
• Train and guide partner organization staff to monitor student progress, support learners effectively, and actively promote the program
• Serve as an on-desk student counsellor when required, guiding students on the importance of the program and motivating them to stay committed.

This role is a mix of mentor + coach + administrator.
