Job Title: React Developer
Experience:6 to 8 Years

Experience Required:

Professional experience inReact.js/Next JSdevelopment, with a focus on building scalable and performant web applications.
Experience withmodern JavaScriptfeatures (ES6+) andReact ecosystemlibraries such asRedux,React Router, andReact Query.
Familiarity withCSS-in-JSlibraries likeStyled ComponentsorEmotion.
Experience working withRESTful APIs.
Familiarity withmodern build toolssuch asWebpack,Babel,npm/yarn, andESLintfor maintaining code quality.
Knowledge ofNode.jsand its frameworks for building scalable APIs is a plus.
Experience withCI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Role and Responsibilities:

Developreusable, modular React componentsand integrate them with backend services viaRESTful APIs.
Implement application state managementusing libraries likeReduxorReact Context API, ensuring smooth and scalable state transitions.
Writeunit testsandintegration testsfor React components using tools likeJest,React Testing Library, orCypress.
Optimize front-end performanceby applying techniques likecode splitting,lazy loading, andmemoizationto improve application load times.
Collaborate with designersto implementresponsive UIsusingCSS-in-JS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to modern accessibility standards.
Contribute to buildingsecure and scalable APIs, integrating third-party services, and improving the overall architecture of web applications.
Ensure high-quality code throughcode reviews, test coverage, and maintainingbest practicesacross the team.
Stay updated on the latestReact.jsfeatures and updates, including the adoption of new features likeReact Concurrent ModeorSuspensefor data fetching.
Work closely with theDevOps teamto implementCI/CD pipelinesand streamline the deployment process.


Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), with a focus on React.js development using functional components andReact hooks.
Hands-on experience withReact Router,Redux(or equivalent state management library), andReact Queryfor efficient data fetching and caching.
Familiarity withTypeScriptand its integration with React applications is a strong plus.
Experience withasynchronous programming(Promises, async/await)
Familiarity withmodern CSS techniques, includingCSS Grid,Flexbox, andCSS-in-JSsolutions likeStyled ComponentsandEmotion.
RESTful APIintegration.
Experience withunit testingandtest-driven development (TDD)usingJest,React Testing Library, and other testing frameworks.
Understanding ofmodern authorization mechanismssuch asJWT (JSON Web Token)for handling secure user authentication and authorization.
Proficient inGitfor version control andGit workflows.
Understanding ofSEO,progressive web apps (PWAs), andweb performance optimization(e.g., Lighthouse, Webpack Bundle Analyzer).

Experience withNext.jsforserver-side rendering (SSR)orstatic site generation (SSG).
