Your work profile:
As a Associate Directorin ourDCM:AMCTeam youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
End-to-End Project Management Own project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Client Communication Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and foster collaboration.
Project Planning & Scheduling Define project scope, create detailed plans, timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks promptly.
Stakeholder Reporting Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and progress reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Quality Assurance Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client specifications.
Budget Management Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to maximize ROI.
Process Improvement Identify process gaps and implement best practices for continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Tool & Methodology Expertise Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies; experienced in tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.
Desired qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field
Certification or one of its iterative technologies.
Location and way of working:
Base location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad
