Your work profile
A skilled Lobster Middleware Developer to join our Workday team. In this role, Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations using the Lobster DATA middleware platform.

Design and implement integration solutions using Lobster Data / Lobster_pro middleware.
Develop data transformation logic, mappings, and interface flows (e.g., EDI, XML, JSON).
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of integration interfaces.
Monitor integration jobs, handle error logs, and perform issue resolution or escalation.
Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for integration solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ERP, CRM, and IT infrastructure teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Desired qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Lobster middleware platform (e.g., Lobster_data, Lobster_pro).
Strong understanding of data integration patterns, ETL processes, and file/data formats (e.g., CSV, JSON, XML, EDIFACT, X12).
Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP), FTP/SFTP, and other communication protocols.
Experience integrating with systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with B2B/EDI integration scenarios.
German language skills (Given working with Lobster's German clients)

Location and way of working

Base location: Delhi/Gurgaon (non-negotiable)
This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
This role involves working from office (5days/week).
