Learn more about Human Capital PracticeYour work profileAs a Senior Consultant in our HR Transformation Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -Designs, builds, tests, and deploys integration solutions for WorkdayDevelops and documents program code utilizing software development best practicesTroubleshoots integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in the integration conceptsAnalyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specificationsDebugging large components with limited assistance and assists other engineers with debuggingContributes to the end users' experience with Workday's integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high customer satisfactionDesired qualificationsMust be Workday Integration certified OR Must be certified in Workday modules (HCM + any one from these: Absence, Compensation, Time tracking, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting)Should have minimum 6+ Years of Workday Integration / Functional development and support experienceAbility to autonomously lead integration work stream through all project phasesExperience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirementsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectationsDevelop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirementsShould have very good knowledge and experience with Cloud Connectors, CCW, EIB, DT's, XML/ XSLT, and Report WriterProven experience with Web Services API's, XML, XSLT, and XPathMust be able to resolve incidents and cases and provide production/warranty supportUnderstanding of HCM functional modules Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, etc. will be preferred.Should have knowledge of Business Process Configuration, SecurityShould be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designsShould know any of the web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML)Good to have STUDIO integration experience and should be able to design, develop and test studio integrations independentlyGood to have hands on experience on PECI/PICOFUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesSelf-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.Excellent English verbal and written communication skillsLocation and way of workingBase location: PAN IndiaThis profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.Hybrid is our default way of working.
