The Team
Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on ServiceNow.

Work youll do

We are seeking an experienced and result driven ServiceNow Developer at a Senior Consultant level with a strong background in ITSM/ITOM/GRC/HRSD/ITAM, ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, GRC, ITAM, HRSD, or ITOM modules.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and design scalable, efficient, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization.
Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk management.
Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes.


Key Skills required:


Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
58 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:

GRC: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, IRM
HRSD: Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Centre, Lifecycle Events, Onboarding
ITOM: Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping
ITAM: HAM, SAM
ITSM: Integration, UI Builder, UI Policies

Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
