As a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional experience in the energy sectorUnderstand and lead short and long term projectsTake ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work streamBe comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environmentsHave the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing energy landscapeCommunicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel for delivering engagementsSkills required:Work experience of 1 - 2 years in consultingBE / B. Tech/ Bachelors degree from reputed institutions in relevant disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, electronics, power, energy management, economics, and power systems.Good understanding of finance including financial modelingResource management abilities, including experience managing a teamAble to support pursuits and projects across all industriesOut-of-box thinking and an inclination for problem solvingGood business acumen and general awareness of the overall business environment, understanding the broader context in which the work impacts business performanceExcellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written & verbal), with a confident leadership & influencing style; able to make an impact with different stakeholdersWillingness to take initiative and learn independently; a fast learner who can adapt to a dynamic new energy landscape
