Exp: 10+ years.
10+ years in marketing automation and operations, with 4+ years leading Marketo teams for global B2B/B2C organizationsDeep expertise in designing, executing, and optimizing Marketo programs, including campaign flows, lead scoring, lifecycle models, and personalization strategiesLed multi-functional teams and collaborated with platform, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing automation with business goals
Experience developing operational frameworks including preference centres, data normalization, compliance governance, and campaign QA
Hands-on with native integrations with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and API-based custom solutions and integrations
Strong understanding of segmentation, privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and multi-channel campaign best practices
Marketo Certified Expert with excellent stakeholder management and a track record of scaling automation maturity across teams
Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Marketo Experts
Empower team members to meet their revenue targets through deep collaboration, strategic consultation, and insight generation.
Deliver revenue targets through the development, management, execution, and optimization of Marketo programs, assets, workflows, and triggers
Consult stakeholders on audience strategy, message and content alignment, segmentation, privacy, and data governance across paid and owned channels
Responsible for adhering to and communicating automation best practices including email formatting, list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene, and troubleshooting
Ensure delivery of best-in-class communications, with a strong eye for user experience, user journey, and product alignment
Ensure flawless execution of programs for all marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, and automation workflows. Partner with Platform Ops and Lead Management to optimize the lead generation engine.
Deep technical knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo Certified Expert preferred) and CRM tools to execute, troubleshoot, and track demand gen campaigns
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with Marketing, Web, Data, Sales, and IT to drive results and lead adoption through collaboration within cross-functional teams
Possess best practices insights regarding email campaigns, nurtures, list management, data quality, optimization, privacy, etc. Experience building, executing, and tracking multi-channel (organic and paid) marketing programs
Experience leading end-to-end execution of projects/programs
Extreme ownership of results and projects, as an individual and a team unit Data-driven mindset and practice with a desire to learn and grow
Effective communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Exceptional ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Partner with Reporting & Analytics for actionable business insights
Lead campaign intake/management and ownership of QA process/governance
Track weekly project capacity, velocity, and accuracy
Provide day-to-day operational administration
