Work youll do

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize real-time 3D applications using Unity or Unreal Engine.
Lead development of AR/VR applications for platforms such as Meta Quest, iOS, Android, or WebXR.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, 3D artists, and UX researchers.
Architect modular, maintainable codebases using industry best practices.
Integrate external SDKs, APIs, and AR frameworks (e.g., ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, MRTK).
Ensure optimal performance, rendering quality, and responsiveness across target devices.
Contribute to rapid prototyping and iteration cycles to validate ideas and interactions.
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and design discussions.

Requirements:

5+ years professional experience in game or interactive media development.
Proficiency with Unity (C#) and/or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints).
Hands-on experience delivering AR/VR applications to end users.
Strong understanding of 3D math, rendering pipelines, physics, and animation systems.
Experience with performance profiling and optimisation for mobile and XR devices.
Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with XR interaction frameworks (e.g., XR Interaction Toolkit, MRTK, OpenXR).
Background in 3D asset integration, shaders, or technical art pipelines.
Experience with cloud-based services for multiplayer or content streaming.
Published applications or games in the XR domain.
Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
